This is the beginning of something new... and I'm excited about it...

The sun is out, welcoming early spring. It's the season to create, and grow.

Life has changed in the past 6 months.

A few things have died. Things that needed to, like depression and anxiety...

And new things have been born. Exercise and laughter every day.

Confidence comes again, new and more mature.
