There is nothing nicer than the smell of drying fruit, it brings me back to childhood.
Putting food up is so satisfying, fulfilling, tangible. And it tastes better than candy.
How impressive. I'm an ok jam maker, but when it comes to anything else I never seem to get it done. Enjoy your pears.
